Songs of Praise

When I pray, You answer.

My cry You always hear.

When I feel alone,

I know that You are near.

When I feel weak and worn,

Your strength makes me strong.

When I'm sad and weary,

You fill my heart with song.

When I want to give up,

Not face another day,

You bring to me encouragement

In some unexpected way.

So each day I can go on,

Whatever life may bring,

Knowing you are ever there

Songs of praise I'll sing.
